"I am writing this letter to let you know what an exceptional job Janice DeCarlo did with my recent purchase.  We first met Janice at a listing of hers and although the house was what she said it was, it was just not right for us. After a brief description of the house we wanted, Janice immediately knew what we were looking for and assured us that if is came on the market she would contact us. After months of email, telephone calls and messages, we got the call we were waiting for.  A house was potentially for sale.

After touring the property, I knew it was the house I described to Janice and the house I wanted to restore and make my home. The present owner wasn't sure he wanted to sell and we knew we wanted to buy but were under a budget.  Thanks to Janice, she worked for over a week between the parties and an agreement was signed.  Unfortunately for Janice, that was the easy part!
